Our portfolio strategy

A resilient portfolio is created through the synergistic linking of three levels: real assets, capital expenditures (Capex), and governance. MFI combines these factors into a system that makes projects not only financially viable but also scalable across locations.

Real Estate & Locations (Real Assets)

We develop sites where specialized medical care meets established infrastructure. Our site analysis evaluates not only the area, but also long-term usage scenarios and operational viability.

Infrastructure & Technology (Capex)

We invest strategically in the technical equipment and spatial logistics that are essential for complex clinical or pharmaceutical processes. For us, capital expenditure (Capex) is not a cost factor, but a valuable component of the system architecture.

Our flagship project: The MediFirst Medical Care Center

Planned opening: 2027

The MVZ (Medical Care Center) is our reference model for multidisciplinary, structured patient care. Here, we combine real estate, state-of-the-art technology, and transparent governance.

Within a strictly regulated framework, the medical center addresses specialized needs – including evidence-based cannabinoid-based therapies (Rx). This area requires particularly process-sensitive management, which we implement as a system advantage.

The project follows a clear PropCo/OpCo structure. The separation of infrastructure ownership and operational management serves asset protection and creates a transparent valuation logic for our financing partners.

Confidentiality and Private Disclosure

Confidentiality is the basis for performance. We therefore strictly separate public project presentations from private disclosures within the VDR.
