During his many years of managing the Robert Rössel e.K. practice for wigs, he was responsible for the successful development and management of a decentralized network of practice locations. This expertise in the management of specialized care centers as well as in the complex coordination with medical payers forms the professional foundation of MediFirst Invest today.
At the same time, as the initiator of City-Koje Invest GmbH, he demonstrated his expertise in the identification and development of real estate assets and handed over the project operationally following the successful completion of the development phase.
As CTO of Grow Art AG (Switzerland), he also ensures the direct transfer of biotechnological expertise and pharmaceutical standards to MFI projects. His focus is on transferring this experience into a holding structure that meets the high requirements of institutional partners in terms of asset protection, transparency and governance.
