Access is reserved for verified interested parties and generally requires a qualified request, verification of eligibility including any compliance or KYC requirements, and the signing of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).<\/p>

                      Access to the VDR and the content provided therein is subject to the applicable NDA, Access, or VDR terms and conditions.
